Registration Deadline: Wednesday, September 30, 2026

We encourage you to reserve your hotel accommodations as soon as possible. The Courtyard Rochester East/Penfield room block expires on Monday, September 14, 2026, and the Hampton Inn Rochester Penfield room block expires on Sunday, September 20, 2026. Payment Options

Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment may be made by:

• Check – Make checks payable to CMAA – New York State Chapter. Mailing instructions will be provided during registration or upon request.
• Venmo – @NewYorkState-CMAA (please include “GLRC 2026” and your name in the payment description).
• Credit Card – Pay through the Plastiq app by searching NYSCMAA, or visit: https://request.plastiq.com/pay-new-york-state-chapter-cmaa

Registration & Cancellation Policy

• Registrations will be accepted through Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
• Cancellations received after September 30, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to managingdirector@nyscmaa.org.
• Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
